Brightlaser is pleased to introduce our upgraded 852¡¾1nm polarization-stable single-mode VCSELs, developed for advanced sensing applications. Engineered for quantum magnetometers and Cesium D2 (852.35nm) atomic clocks - and equally suited for high-resolution LiDAR/OCT - these devices deliver the precision, coherence, and stability required in demanding quantum systems.

Precisely aligned to 852.35nm with an ultra-narrow linewidth (<100 MHz).

  • Outstanding Stability:

>20 dB polarization extinction ratio (PER) and >35 dB SMSR for clean, reliable output.

Typical 2 mW output with a circular, highly collimated Gaussian beam profile.

  • SWaP-Efficient Operation:

High-speed modulation up to 100 kHz and >8 nm mode-hop-free current tuning at ultra-low power.

  • Flexible Packaging Options:

Available in SMD, SMD with collimation lens, TO packages (with or without TEC), and fiber-coupled configurations.
